Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator Gen. (Retd.) S.F. Rodrigues will inaugurate the Health mela being organized by Health Department at Manimajra near Zama Masjid Madarasa on Saturday i.e. February 24 at 10.45 am.
The Health mela is being organized with a view to serve the community and under privilege at their doorstep. The curative services will be made available by the specialist deputed from the Hospital in various specialties and routine laboratory investigation and treatment will be rendered free of cost. The various health programme namely State AIDS Control Society, Tuberculosis Iodine Deficiency, Goiter, Blindness Control Immunization, Reproductive Child Health etc. will display their various activities for more public awareness and various schemes available for the beneficiaries.
